David Pogue on HD DVD vs. Blu-ray

NY Times columnist David Pogue filed this video report from the Consumer Electronics Show last week.

It covers the pointless battle between the HD DVD and Blu-ray high-definition disc formats.

Pogue's final quip: "It's too soon to declare a winner, but it's not too soon to declare a loser: that would be the consumer electronics industry, which didn't sit down at the table and negotiate a truce while there was still time."
